How it works:

1) Scheduling: Birthday sessions are best done about 1-2 months before baby's 1st birthday. We suggest booking your session a few months in advance to ensure availability.

2) Photoshoot Design Consultation: After you book your session we can schedule a phone call so that we can introduce ourselves and discuss your vision for your session! Backdrops, color palette, props - nothing is off limits as we strive to create concepts just for you. I provide 6 inch naked cakes for every cake smash session.

3) Photoshoot: I will always help guide my clients throughout the entire photoshoot process. The goal is to help baby feel comfortable in front of the camera!

4) Selecting Your Portraits: You will be given the opportunity to preview your images throughout your photoshoot. Within a week after your session you will receive an online proofing gallery where you can select your favorite images to be retouched. Retouching includes skin correction, blemish removal, hair flyaway removal, color correction, etc. I like to keep images as close to the original as possible overall, with just the right amount of tweaks and corrections.

*I now only offer minimal setups for these as I like to keep my looks simple and clean. Minimal balloons, solid color backdrop, and the option for one small decorative prop are what will be included in your baby's set. This will help the images remain timeless.
